Over a year ago Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels ordered a ban on bottled water in public buildings and offices. His announcement of the bottled water crackdown garnered national headlines. The city of Seattle has awarded a local refuse hauler CleanScapes a municipal waste collection contract worth approximately $80 million. In turn CleanScapes has selected oil baron T.
